What is the Disadvantages?
DTCP could not be approved the greenery land areas, its approved only on barren land areas.
DTCP is approved for uncompound areas only. Its create a misleads of a state of freedom from storm or disturbance from stranger peoples.
In DTCP layout the very small size of the plots available by this many of the members buy the plots without proper structure and the leave the settled car parking outside of the house (i.e in the road).
Property tax need to pay yearly(some area) in DTCP Approval layout.
You can get the loan While Buying the plots.
And small size plots will be available.
